Loan Assistant Improvements

The latest release of the Loan Assistant is release 8.2. It is Excel 2010-2021 and Office 365 compatible.

Latest improvements:

Fixed a Windows 10 bug that caused dialog to appear incorrectly and difficult to read or use.
Product review and improvements
Fixed an Excel bug with dialogs not always appearing in the center of the Excel window if the user has two or more monitors.
Minor installation improvements
Modified to fix a problem when certain security settings are turned on in Windows Vista
Added in a loan tracking feature to track payments and interest on existing loans
Modified the calculations to round to two decimals
Added a loan pay comparison (bi-weekly and bi-monthly) on monthly loans and the flexibility to load as an add-in when Excel is opened.
