The Duplicate Finder add-in for Microsoft Excel can quickly and easily find duplicates based on entries in multiple cells. It can easily handle over 65,000 rows.  The Duplicate Finder is completely menu driven and very fast.  Once all the duplicates are found, their rows are selected.  This allows you to delete the duplicates by selecting Edit Delete. The Duplicate Finder is feature rich and easy to use.

The first set of options is for one list where you want to find or delete duplicates in a list.  The second tab is for comparing two lists where you want to either find the duplicates or the new items in one list when compared to another list.  The Duplicate Finder can also:

• Select and color the duplicates in a block of cells (ex: A1:G25) and optionally list the unique values

• Remove all spaces, commas, periods, dashes, underscores, non-printing characters (tabs, "small box" appearing characters) and any character or string you specify.
