NEW CUSTOMERS - GENERAL
When you purchase a product from us, you have two delivery options
- Immediate download and a backup CD
- Immediate download only
The first option is the default, and the cost of the backup CD is US $8.95 to all countries. If you do not want the backup CD, then you can change the delivery option on the first shopping cart screen. If you do not purchase the CD, please make a backup of the download.
A follow-up email is sent with login and download instructions and a password that allows you to login on the purchased software download page. This email normally arrives within five minutes of completion of the order. Download links are not presented at the end of the order process.

Our downloads are EXE's and the best installation option is the automatic option. Just confirm Excel is closed and run. Some users may need to first reboot, but this is very rare. Only do this if the EXE advises that Excel is still open. Sometimes Windows retains temporary settings that must be reset by rebooting.
PRODUCTIVITY SUITE CUSTOMERS
If you purchased the Productivity Suite and we release a new product within a year of order, you may login and download the latest Productivity Suite installation. This will install the latest release of all products and all new products.
SOFTWARE DOES NOT EXPIRE
The software you purchased does not expire - it will keep working year after year. Only the ability to login and download expires. If you for forget your login information, you may recover it on the login page by entering the email address used when placing your order. The login information will be emailed to your email address. We discontinue replacement downloads after a year because we typically release new versions every 1-2 years with new features.
You may download free upgrades to individual products by going to our product upgrade page. The upgrades will recognize only the latest version of a product. If we release a new version of a product within a year of your order, just login per the information you received with your order and download and install. It will replace the old version.
