Support Via GoTo Meeting

Sometimes the best way to solve problems or demonstrate our software is to share computer screens.  We use the GoToMeeting to do this.

• First, give us a call at U.S. 302-234-9857 any day, 8AM to 10PM U.S. East Coast time. 
• Then click on this JoinGoToMeeting.com link and enter the meeting ID we give you.
• You will be asked to download and install some small programs.  It takes 1-3 minutes.
• Once we are in a meeting, we can share our screen with you and you can share yours with us

When the meeting first starts up, a new dialog will be covering part of your screen.  Click on the button shown in the following picture to close this dialog.

At some point in the meeting, we may ask for you to show your screen and to give us keyboard and mouse control so we can work in your copy of Excel.  When we do, the following window will first appear asking you to give us keyboard control:

Click on the "Give Control" button to give us control.  You may take control at any time after clicking by just moving your mouse button.

Next, the following dialog will appear asking you to show your screen

Click on the "Show My Screen " button to show your screen.
