Why was my order sent back as declined?
- Your information may not have been entered correctly. Re-check all of your information, and submit it again.
- You may have begun the phone number with a zero or a plus sign
- Fill in both the work and home numbers with a valid number.
- On some credit cards, a ten digit US dial number is required, such as 302-234-9857. If you do not have a 10 digit number and your order does not go through, change the number to our number (302-234-9857) and try again. We'll match up the orders and phone numbers in such situations and correct the number back.
After I place my order, how long will it take before I can use my software?
- You can download it as soon as you complete your order, and can use your software in minutes!
If my download gets interrupted, what do I do?
- You will be e-mailed a download link that is good for 24 hours so you can download it at your convenience on the day of the order
- You are also e-mailed your order number, a password, and download instructions that allow you to download for up to a year from our downloads page.
- If for some reason the above email does not arrive promptly, you can go to the downloads page and log in using your order number and your e-mail address.
What if I cannot download immediately?
- Not a problem. You are e-mailed your order number, a password, and download instructions that allow you to download for up to a year. You can also request this information to be e-mailed to you at any time. If you have your order number but not your password, you can use your email address to log in and download your software.
Is it more expensive to download my order or have it shipped?
- Our default order is both a download and CD which costs $8.95.
- If you want to avoid the cost of the CD, just change the preference to "immediate download only" on the order download page.
What if I accidentally order twice?
- Our ordering systems is set up to detect accidental double orders and you should not be charged twice.
- If you do accidentally order twice, contacting us via our online contact page would be greatly appreciated.
