Did not receive download instructions

If you have not received the download instructions containing a log-in link and a password, it may have been blocked by a spam filter.  Or, sometimes email on the internet can just be slow.  We apologies for the problem.

You may download the software without having received the download instructions.  Just go to our downloads page and log in using your order number and the email address you used when you purchased the software. 

If you do not have the order number, then use the link at the bottom right of the download log in area titled "get password".  The order number and password both will be emailed to you when you supply your email address.

If the log in system does not recognize your order number and password, the system updates every five minutes. So  wait a few minutes.  Then come back to the site and click on the link on the left of any page titled "Download purchased software".  This will take you to the downloads page.

If you have sent us an email, we will make certain your order is in the system and advise you that is available. If you have not sent us an email, then pleae do so via our support page so we can insure that you receive your purchase immediately.
