The following is a screen shot of Quick Recall: : If we want to recall information stored in a Quick Recall data file, just type "F + text" in the command box. For example, typing "F dr k" recalls all the lines with "dr" and "k" in them. It does not matter the order of the text. The following is the result of this search:
All the lines contain both "k" and "dr". In the last line, the "dr" is in the word "Adrienne" and the "k" is in th word "Mike". The more you store in Quick Recall, the more you can recall! If you say "I need to remember that" you should store it in Quick Recall! Anytime you look up a phone number, take a second and add it to Quick Recall. Anything you store is available instantly! Quick Recall data can be password protected to prevent un-authorized access. And, you can have multiple data files. |
